Customers On Warp 9 E-Commerce Platform Capture Double Digit Growth Despite Recession

Warp 9 Re-signs 3 Customers; Sees Stronger Product Interest in Sales Pipeline

September 10, 2009 -- Santa Barbara, CA -- Warp 9, Inc. (OTCBB: WNYN), the premier provider of robust e-commerce platforms and services, today announces the re-signing of three catalogers on the Warp 9 Internet Commerce System (ICS) platform: ShapeFX (a Spiegel Brand), CTA, and Forplay Catalog.

"These catalogers and other clients on our platform are experiencing double digit growth during a time when many of their competitors are seeing a dramatic downturn in their businesses. Warp 9's Software as a Service ("SaaS") model and robust feature set -- which is constantly augmented to keep our client's competitive -- is clearly working for our growing customer base. The Warp 9 ICS, along with the professional expertise we offer in marketing consultation, graphic design, and software engineering services, is a great platform for retailers to grow sales and increase customer acquisition without having to deal with the complexity of multiple vendors and the associated high cost and difficulty of integrating those solutions," commented Warp 9's CEO.

According to the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Internet audience measurement company comScore Inc. internet retailers' sales were down 3% to 8% for Q2 2009 compared to Q2 2008.

We constantly strive to partner with our customers and bring them the most relevant tools and advice to help them achieve their goals. Having an advanced e-commerce platform with features that provide a competitive advantage helps our clients consistently grow their businesses -- even despite harsh economic conditions," concluded Warp 9's CEO.
